1. When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.

4. From time to time we may host third party content on our website such as advertisements and endorsements belonging to other traders.  Responsibility for the content of such material rests with the owners of that material and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in such material.
5. We do not claim to cure any medical conditions or any condition. We do not replace legal advice.
6. We Divine Connection never store any credit card or debit card details. 
7. All services are payment before service. When you agree to any service and price whether online or over the phone a verbal contract is entered for payment to be completed. For faster customer payment options and your security we only use a certified fully secure payment gateway New Zealand and internationally approved.
8. Testimonials that are provided on the website are based on individual experiences and results may vary. There is no guarantee of specific results and that each person may have a different experience or results vary.
9. The information we channel from Spirit/Source is for your guidance and comes from a place of pure Divine unconditional love.  What you do with this information is up to you. You have free will and can choose to accept or let go of any information. It may mean something to you later, after your reading. We do our best to provide accuracy, clarity, insight, and guidance. If we are unable to receive information or an answer it may be due many reasons. 
10. Reiki, Yoga, mediation and Crystals are also known as complimentary therapy, this means they are complimentary to medical healthcare. None of our services we offer claim to cure any disease or medical condition. The services we provide do not replace any medical advice or healthcare you are receiving or any legal advice.  We always recommend you consult with your doctor first if  you are unsure whether or not it is safe for you to use these services. We do not diagnose or treat any medical conditions.
11. We do not claim that any services we offer, will replace any current regime you have, or treat any condition. We only offer, information, or messages as Spiritual guidance from Spirit only to the best of our ability.

13. You have free will to choose what you do with the information, ideas, spiritual or self help tools both on our website and in your readings. You are responsible for the choices you make as a result of a reading, We do not take responsiblity for any choices you make.

We are also aware and accept many variations, disciplines and training that are also available, as well as various other self development, self help options available and we remain open minded to all of them. We never say that their is only ‘one way’. We live in a world full of diversity and we embrace all of this. We offer ideas based on our current training or experience with or have been guided to learn.  We see Life is a journey and there are many options for learning and growing, evolving and expanding in awareness, at your own free will, if you choose. In other words it is important that you do what feels right for you, (without breaching any laws, we cannot support illegal actions).
15. As per New Zealand law, we must state that these services we provide are for entertainment purpose only.
16. This service is non religious, we are open to people of all walks of life.

We do not offer any garantees of results, we do not claim to cure any diseases or health related conditions. We do not claim any miracle cures to anything, we do not diagnose.
18. For your convinience we may offer you the option use the book online payment details to extend phone readings  with both parties agreement.
19. Abuse of Services and Staff. We have Zero Tolorance for abuse or violence of any kind. This includes bullying, harassment, stalking, or any other form of psychological, mental, emotional, verbal or physical abuse or other threatening behaviour. If you are abusing the services or staff, we have the right to refuse service. We also have the right report cases of abuse or suspected abuse to staff or anyone else.

Limitation of Liability

1. To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of the services again or payment of the costs of having those services supplied again.
2. We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from services we have supplied. By using this service Clients accept that you a responsible for the choices you make on your journey. We can only provide you with guidance and tools.
3. By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with your use of our website.

Jurisdiction

1. These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in New Zealand and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.
2. If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity.  If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Privacy

1. We undertake to take all due care with any information which you may provide to us when accessing our website. However we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us.  Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner.
2. Our compliance with privacy legislation is set out in our separate Privacy Policy which may be accessed from our home page.
