Research shows that mindfulness can reduce stress, increase brain function, and help with both anxiety and depression, and to assist in responding rather than reacting to challenges in life.
Why is Mindfulness Important?
The modern world we live in can be exceptionally stressful, and it’s easy for us to be caught up in our own thoughts. Too much stress leaves you completely depleted. But mindfulness brings you back to yourself and helps your body return to optimal vitality. We currently offer mindfulness teachings in our phone readings dependent on the reading, and individual situation. Find out more about our phone readings here
Different Techniques
Certain techniques work better than others depending on the individual, and that is why we cover a broad range of mindfulness techniques. Mindfulness is also known as mindlessness by many as it involves being the observer or awareness of our beautiful minds. Angelene is a NZ qualified Mindfulness Teacher, and completed an 8 week development accredited course in NZ. She is passionate about her ongoing practices and education. She practices living mindfully in her everyday life, and loves sharing her teachings and training techniques with those who are interested, during phone readings.
